Within 72 hours, a dedicated team will acknowledge in writing receipt of your written escalated inquiry. The specialist dedicated to resolving your inquiry will respond within 15-30 days after receiving your request or keep you updated on the progress of our research.
Notice of Error and Requests for Information
Federal law gives you the right to notify us of an error regarding the servicing of your loan or to request information regarding your loan. If you wish to provide a notice of error or a request for information, you must write to us at IndyMac Mortgage Services, 2900 Esperanza Crossing, IndyMac-99, Austin, TX 78758. Your letter must provide your name, loan number and description of the error or detailed list of the information being requested.
